The hotel is in a historical and scenic location within a fort with the seashore making calming sounds of silence. The rooms, although beautifully designed, are in serious need of renovation and appeared old. The service was exceptional, with memorable interactions with staff members from various departments. The dining experience was top-notch, offering out-of-the-world Mediterranean cuisine. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, catering to various needs.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The rooms easily accommodated my family of five, with their dressing room, en suite bathroom, and huge luxurious beds. The sit-out area was a delightful bonus. The service was top-notch, leaving no stone unturned to ensure our stay was memorable. The location, although disconnected from the main road, offered beautiful views and historical charm. The dining experience, a mix of Goan, Asian, and Western cuisine, was varied, catering to all tastes. The facilities were outstanding, providing everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

The hotel offers stunning views over Fort Aguada but lacks atmosphere due to excessive lighting. The rooms were excellent, although amenities like coffee, milk sachets, shower gel, and shampoo were not always replenished and sometimes already occupied by others. The location, perched atop the resort with a beach view, was the primary reason for choosing this property. However, the property could contribute more to beach cleanliness. Dining was a mixed bag with a variety of dishes but some disappointments with waiting times and stale food.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed some areas for improvement, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned and smelled like dog initially, but after addressing it, the cleanliness improved. The service was quite accommodating, especially for special occasions like birthdays. The location, although bustling with tourists, offered a stunning view of the sea and proximity to historic sites. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, not matching the expectations of a 5-star property. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided a memorable experience with its fantastic facilities and top-notch hospitality.
